Delivery

Once your order has been completed, your order will be dispatched with one of our courier partners. As soon as your parcel has been packed, you will receive tracking details via email and will receive tracking updates on your order to ensure you're kept up to date every step of the way.

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, and delivery times vary based on your location, and can take between 2 - 5 days
• In-Store Pickup is available at our V&A Waterfront branch

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience and we will provide a FREE refund on any item (unless otherwise stated below) within South Africa. We will advise if any fee is due even before you place your order if requested. Please return your item(s) unused and in original condition, as you received it, within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returns can take 8 to 10 days to process.

• You can return or exchange your order for any reason, free of charge, within 14 days of delivery
• All Item(s) will be inspected upon return
• In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you
• Due to hygienic reasons swimwear, face masks, face coverings, underwear and modesty items may not be retuned or exchanged unless there is some fault of material or a manufacturing default
